Benjamin Loehrer is a fitness model and trainer.

From time to time I like to take a look back at fitness models and how they've evolved over the years. Benjamin Loehrer began as a teen bodybuilder and has since become a fitness model, personal trainer and fitness expert, from his base in Minneapolis. His impressive physique continues to inspire, in both photos and VIDEOS (one of which I've included here).
